Viviana Lucia is a Chilean-American artist, born in Miami, Florida. Her Hispanic upbringing interacts with her artistic practice within the in-between spaces of multiculturalism. With an interest in social relationships and memory access, Lucia utilizes relationships amongst mediums, like photography and sculpture, or video and installation, incorporating elements of identity and community through empathetic exploration. Attending ArtCenter College of Design, Lucia was awarded the ArtCenter UG Scholarship and graduated in the Spring of 2023 with distinction for a BFA in Fine Art. Personally, she works on photographic sculptural projects. Professionally, Lucia focuses on freelance work in photo retouching, project coordination, and asset management, bringing her expertise to diverse creative projects.
